I turned 70 the month our book came out. I always knew exercise was important but didn't fully realize just how important it was until I started rereading some of our interviewee's personal advice on aging. I now swim 20 laps at least 5 times a week and guess what? I have more energy, my arms are getting toned, and I feel like I can conquer anything. https://lnkd.in/g4cQRNz
