I'm 62 years young! I never thought I could be a runner! Now thanks to one of my very best girlfriends I wear sneakers and run 3-4 miles a week! I try to visit the gym twice a week and work on muscle tone! I like my game of golf, too, and walk when I can, carrying my own bag. I'm about to venture into pickle ball!
