I've been working really hard with my sister Jessica to promote our book on women and aging. Throughout all these promotions I've learned a lot about social media and how it works (the good, the bad and the ugly). Posting on a blog or on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn has been fun yet somewhat challenging. The best part about social media is the people we are meeting online. There are so many kind and generous women out there in cyberspace sharing their own encouragement and tips about positive aging. Fact is, we've been aging since the day we were born. It's a natural process and one that Jessica and I are enthusiastically embracing is spite of its side affects. Thanks again to all the wonderful women who continue to purchase and promote our Don't Forget Your Sweater, Girl project. We appreciate you!
